What we collect

• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers.
• Ticket activity — which events you attend, when tickets are scanned. Used for fraud prevention and your collectible history.
• Device data — basic analytics (page views, browser type) to improve the site.

How we use it

Your data is used to: deliver tickets, process payments, prevent fraud and scalping, send transactional emails (receipts, event reminders), and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

Wallets

When you buy a ticket, we create a secure digital wallet tied to your email via our wallet provider (Privy). This wallet holds your ticket as a digital collectible. You don't need to manage keys or seed phrases.

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing (see Stripe's privacy policy).
• Privy — wallet infrastructure.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Polygon — public blockchain. Ticket ownership records are on-chain and publicly visible by design.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing emails at any time by contacting support@cornerticket.com. Note: blockchain records cannot be deleted.
